Headlight adjustment after lowering the FX

So, after doing the lowering job on the FX50S, I noticed my lights were not projecting far enough down the road - especially with low beams. I get about 35-40' before the sharp cutoff, clearly not enough light to be safe (and also likely led to me hitting a deer). I took my car into the dealer and they adjusted the lights, but it appears that they simply did the factory spec and not a manual adjustment for proper height. Is it really true that I have to use the dealer for the headlight adjustment or is there any way for me to do this myself. I hate taking my car to the dealer as it's an hour away. Seems that this would be one of those things that would be nice for an owner to be able to do on his/her own.

I had this exact same issue when I lowered my fx and I had to take it to the dealer to have them fix and adjust it. Luckily they didn't charge as I was getting a couple other things done as well. On the FX50's and 35 models with the Adaptive functioning headlights do not come with that adjustment dial.

They manually adjusted it as well as I told them it was lowered and it now the light output is back to how it was before.
