Need help removing drivers door panel.

Hello all,

I've searched google and this website for instructions on how to remove the drivers door panel for 2nd gen FX (2011). I have this annoying rattle sound coming from the top of the door panel when I put my music at least half way or higher. Stock Bose system. All other doors don't make this sound. This door was repaired in the past as it's evident in the exterior since door sticks out a bit and orange peel on that door compared to the back door. I'm assuming the person who put this back together may have possibly left something there to rattle but my mission is to "search and destroy". Sound doesn't happen when the window is down.

Anyone have instructions? Should I leave glass down or up when I do this? I'm pretty sure I can figure it out but When i do something like this without instructions I usually end up breaking tabs.

Thanks in advance.

Not sure it's the same issue but I've noticed the driver's door panel vibrates with deep bass notes on my 2009 FX35 with the stock Bose stereo. If I put pressure on the elbow rest it goes away. Hasn't bothered me enough to take the door apart yet.

I think its the clips that hold the door panel & cover in place they have little paper washers on them but when people pop the door panels off the washers fall & they dont bother putting them back on. I took mine off & now its ratteling aswell. I gotta just find time to fix it. Hasnt bothered me enough. But to take it off just pop the pull handle cover off with a plastic pry tool or with your nails if possible to expose 2 screws then pop the little cover behind the door handle to expose another screw. Then it pretty much pops off. Some dynamat or similar stuff near the clips might do the magic.

^^, it's not hard. And don't worry about the glass, it's behind the vapor barrier so when you remove the interior panel, you're not anywhere near it.
