Front CBA GTR Wheels Square Setup - spacers needed?

Hi all,

Finally been able to locate a set of four front CBA GTR wheels.

I'm wanting to switch between these and the stock 21's for winter/summer (not decided which to use for what yet, feedback would be appreciated for this as well...)

So for 21's, I know the recommended spacers are: 15mm and 25mm.
Will I need a different set of spacers for the GTR front 20's?

It sounds like it would be a PITA to change spacers too, so I'm wondering if I should do this or not...

just wondering if anybody had some insight on this.

wondering what spacers to put on a GTR front wheel square setup.

stock 21's everyone recommends 15mm front and 25mm rear, and GTR fronts are more narrow than stock 21's...

so I was thinking 25mm front, 35mm rear?

I have no spacers in the rear and 25mm up front. All looks flush.

no spacers in the rear for staggered set up right, i can't see it working out with no spacers in the rear for a square setup of all fronts.

25-30mm for front gtrs

thanks for your reply, zebra555 has recommended 25mm in front and 30mm in rear.

Here is an ok pic of my setup. No spacers in the rear and 25mm in the front.

For a square setup, i dont think spacers are really needed.

weird... i just don't see how that's possible...

25mm front, none rear - sounds like a staggered setup.

maybe its different gen1 vs gen2?

oh well, I'm going to be ordering 15mm, 25mm, and 30mm/35mm, so I'll figure out which ones work shortly enough...

Remember the rears are 10.5" +23 which is somewhat low offset. The fronts are 9.5" + 40 which is high offset.
Hence 25mm front none on the rear if you had the gtr rears.

If you are getting 4 x 9.5" front wheels then YES 25mm spacers for bother front and rear

Ichiroll, I believe you have a 2nd Gen , so spacer use is a bit different than a 1st Gen.

The wheel specs of GTR wheels are :Stock GT-R Wheels (2009-2014) Front 20 x 9.5 45 offset, Rear 20 x 10.5 25 offset

So for me without a drop using front wheels only, I would go with a 20mm spacer in the rear and at max a 15mm spacer in the front.

Yea, that's what I wasn't sure if I was communicating clearly. I am putting on four front wheels (20 x 9.5 45 offset)

What spacer setup would you recommend if I am doing the staggered setup (orig spec - Front 20 x 9.5 45 offset, Rear 20 x 10.5 25 offset)?

If you were doing staggered setup, I would use no spacer in the rear and a 15mm spacer in the front. This is what I would do if it were mine.
Personally I like the square front setup (like you are doing) with the spacers I mentioned in my earlier post.
