Installed HID fogs and have brightspot? Pics

i took two shots of my fx with hids installed on the fogs in different areas and there seems to be a bright spot on the ground on passenger side.

anyone have this occur to them?

Hmm, this actually seems like a good way to use fogs with high beams, if you can set it to not turn off fogs with high beams on. Have the headlights go far in the distance and fogs cover up close and to the sides.
 
Did you have this random experience where somebody ahead of you slowed down to let you pass and proceeds to follow you from behind with their high beam on pointing directly at you? LOL, jk...

Like Vince said, point the light to your garage door or a wall while parked and check the direction of the beam. The fog light housing has a knob that you can turn to adjust the elevation of the beam. Unfortunately, if you do this adjustment you probably would have to remove your bumper. The fogs housing sits in a very tight recess on the bumper covers.

That's what KP Tech independent fog light operation module is for :wink:
 
Make sure the bulb is fully seated flat when installed. If it isn't flat then the bulb will be off center ever so slightly and create a hot spot
