CNT Racing HFCs on 2nd gen

The CNT HFCs sound pretty neat on the HR motors with the Invidia Gemini. Does anyone have this setup on here? The site states that a CEL light may pop up on the dash and if it does pop up can I get rid of the light? Drone does not bother me at all. I also heard Berk HFCs with the Invidia on a HR 350Z and I want to know if these can fit perfectly without any modification. And for the folks in Cali are these gonna pass Smog/inspection?
 
Will fail visual inspection if they look & know what the mod is
 
O2 extender may help with the light, I think you may need a 90 degree one. Keep in mind that if you can't get rid of the CEL, you can't pass emissions since there will be a code.

does the car throw off the code because the amount of oxygen that goes through is different?
 
Basically the differential between front and rear O2 readings is less with HFC. So by taking the O2 out of exhaust flow, it sees less of it so readings are closer to what they would be with cats.
