I came in at 81lbs on the stock. I weighed them several times and a couple different ones. They ranged within 1/2 lb of each other.
The TSW w/295 tires came in at 71lbs
EDIT: Used my friends luggage scale and with Olympic weights, it is dead on.
My bathroom scale is clearly off a few pounds. The TSW with tires came in at 66.61lbs and the OEM 21" with tires came in at 76.23lbs.
that's sounding better since your tires weigh around 38 lbs and the wheels are just under 32 lbs which makes for a nice light combination especially for a 10.5"wide wheel with 295's on them:good:
So the combination of wheels, Pirelli 295/40 P-zero and the strut support has completely changed the performance. It feels sooooo much more responsive and less road noise!
Probably just the tires, but I would like to think it was everything in my head to justify it all.
Looking good. I want to get the same wheels in 22. Wondering if the gap will be as big for 22 vs the 21 because I don't really want to lower the car
I went with 22 on gen 1 and looked fine. Just curious anyone running the Nurburging in 22 without lowering ?
Do you happen to know the 22 x ? and offset? TSW website does not even list the Nurburging under the applications list for FX35
I've gotten this down to Falken RT7-M and TSW Nurburging. My FX is Platinum Graphite Grey just debating on weather black or matte gunmetal would look better
You guys think I would notice a difference in comfort going 22 vs 21 ? Had the Falken RT-7M in 22 on first gen liked the appearance and price enough to reconsider them
I might be crazy but I feel like the 2nd Gen with the stock Enkei 20's ride pretty good and I've noticed the steering wheel turns with ease. Is this because the steering was redesigned?
