So i took a trip to Universal City Nissan and priced out a 2014 Nissan GTR BE in Gunmetal Gray. Beautiful car and I got so excited that i didn't take pics. However, the dealer wanted 110k at first and I said NO WAY!!! There was a 2015 Premium sold for 85k solid and a 2015 black edition sold for 94 out the door. He went back to get another price and came back with 97k. Getting better but not good enough... I said I'll think about it and come back and of course at the end the GM blocks me on my way out and he says "Why couldn't we get you a deal?" and he asked me what price I wanted for the car and he negotiated me down to a 85k. But, i really don't want to rush myself into the process as it is a very big purchase. i know that 85k is a helluva deal but i needed about a couple weeks to figure everything out and calculate payments and insurance. And i will be keeping my E90 as well. Looks like i can only get 9k for the Bimmer. Hopefully I'll decide and get back to the dealer and finalize it!!!

What are you waiting for pick that up bro. I love the gtr, one day I'll get one haha

lol i shouldn't be waiting but i dont feel very comfortable at the dealer... its not the best car buying experience i had especially compared to when i was at glendale nissan. i really wish that glendale had a 2014 black edition. They never pushed me at all and eased me into everything. i really hope i can get the deal soon. and my FX is paid off this June so double win for me!!!d77e82010a1b5f3ed433621411bdd47d.jpg a quick extra blurry iphone snipet i took. didnt take any pictures outside because its too dark you wouldn't be able to see anyways.

Will you adopt me?

Do they offer any maintenance plans? I heard gtr's are crazy expensive to maintain. My Hommie had a 2012 blue gtr and he got rid of it cuz it was too much money to maintain and he said insurance was super ridiculous.

Look at this article, it says the gtr Nismo is the #1 most expensive to insure. I'm wondering what the GTR BE is going for. Pretty insane

yea the only big maintenence cost is the tranny and diff fluid change every 20k miles. its about $2000 for these services and my friend (chris) down at fontana nissan and nissan race shop said he would hook me up. another thing is the brake which ill be doing my self. the dealer costs 3k for all 4 rotors and pads. ill be using aftemarket anyways. save my self a couple of $$$ for an exhaust. i wont be driving it everyday so i wont be doing these often. luckily ive done my reasearch. and insurance??? my state farm agent gave me a quote on a full coverage plan at 115 per month. thats the same as my e90. im 41, no recorded points, and 3 cars... others have talked about high insurance as well but when my agent said 115 i was kind of shocked too. oh and they do maintence plans for 100k miles and its like 30-35k i think. im not positive about the price but the plan has everything covered for sure.

Nice, seems like you got everything sorted out perfectly and that's a great deal on insurance. Post pics when you get it

yea bro for sure! and i put the car on hold so no one can buy it lol. i needed holded because i have to make an immediate trip overseas for family business. no one is interested in it anyways. hopefully all sorts out well for me and my family and the GTR.
oh and there was a couole nicely sized scratches right in front of the front grill on the car and it looks like that will lower the price even more! they thought that the gash was only fixable with a repaint and i played along with it. lol they dont know that it can buff out.
