Yes these did come in 22x10.5. And yes the boxes are opened.

I'm curious if these will fit since the website says "5x108/112/114.3". I'm going to try putting them on when I get back from my trip before I contact the vendor.

Also I think I might be in little dispute with them if I try and return because when they contacted me about the width of the wheel for the fronts they put a note down saying something like "the customer understands the fitment of the wheels." However I said I understood regarding get the WIDTH of the wheel, I made sure with them that it fits 5x114.3s and he said it will fit. I'm pretty annoyed of the situation to be honest...

Do not keep them, you answered the question, you said that they assured you they will fit 5x114.3 and they will not be a direct bolt on. You are just asking for problems with them, don't throw your money away..

So came home from break and tried putting one of the rims on and it seemed to fit perfectly...

The lug nuts I have does not fit the rims so I'll need to pick up new ones.

I took all 4 rims to Discount Tires and they measured it out and they're actually 5x114.3!!

Now my only concern is the front wheels going to rub. The manager at Discount Tires suggest 265/40/22, thoughts? He said we won't know for sure if it'll rub until we actually put it on. It's either that or 285/35/22.

I also have a small problem with the center of the hub poking out the center cap of the rims (picture above). Anyway I can fix this?

not sure about the centercap issue... they look great! go with 40 tires if your not lowering... looks better when the wheels gaps are filled up! How much do they weigh and whats the offset?

I am lowered on H&R springs. Not sure about the weight but the offset is +45.

285/35/22 is the way to go then! do you have spacers? are the wheels flush??? i would think they're sunken...

The wheels are flushed without spacers

265/40 is narrow for a 10.5" wheel, unless you're going for the stretched look. But it will look weird at stock height or even mildly lowered. And it won't be flush once you put the car on the ground, they will camber in. My rear wheels stick out over an inch when the car is raised up but are flush at drive height.

Stock lug nuts don't work on aftermarket wheels which you've just discovered. Also, no real way to fix the center cap issue other than spacers to bring the wheel out. It's pretty common on aftermarket wheels with high offset, especially when they are concave.

Thanks. I would think I need to go for the stretch look to prevent it from rubbing.

Also, if the wheels are going to camber in at ride height, you think I can put in a 5mm spacer? I think the spacer will help fix the center cap issue, help prevent rubbing and make it flush, right?

I don't think you'd rub with a +45. And a 285/35 shouldn't rub, it's wider but slightly shorter than a 265/40. I believe someone ran 285/40 on his 2nd gen without rubbing so 285/35 should be fine. As for the spacer, see how much clearance you need for the center cap. Put the wheel on and see how much the axle sticks out.

Thanks, did the other guy have 22x10.5 +45? just curious.

Also on the center cap, you think I can probably just order a different set?

So I finally got around to getting tires and putting the wheels on my car. I decided to go with Yokohama Paradas 265/40/22 and everything fits just fine.

On the center cap issue I ended up buying a different set of Niche center caps and cutting a hole in the original ones and gluing them together to make it work. It think it turned out really well.

Here are a couple of cell phone pics. I'll get better pics up when spring comes around and I get the front lip on...

That looks really good. Needs a BBK though with all that open space those brakes just look tiny.

Looks awesome, I agree with open face wheels you def need a BBK. A drop would look killer as well.

Thanks guys! I agree about the BBK. Unfortunately money is tight right now as I'm planning a wedding so BBKs would have to wait... unless you have some recommendations on affordable BBKs.

The most affordable BBK are the Akebonos that come standard on the FX50's. They are awesome brakes as well. A lot of ppl have done it on this forum.
