so my 04fx35 has oem 20s along with silver roof bars but my tail lights are not clear and i don't have navi which package do i have

If it is the Sport package, your front grille and headlights are dark/black chrome. The taillights are clear.

If you've got all the other stuff, my guess would be that your tailights were replaced. Navi wasn't standard with the Sport package, it was part of the tech package.
 
mine had everything but towing package, and my lights were not clear and no dark chrome... tech package came with Nav and read DVD I believe

It's '05+ for taillights, not sure about the darker chrome. Was kind of a weird little change before the '06 redesign.

you seem to have the sport package, check the VIN and it'll tell you. ( I think)
 
It's the Sports package but they didn't start with the clear tails, push button locks and nav(tech package) and tinted chrome till I think 06 with the refresh
