Liftgate will not open - also no manual opening from insight possible

Hi,
I have a problem with the liftgate of my 2005 Infiniti FX35. It will not open. When I push the button from outside of the car, I can hear the sound of the electronic engine, but there is no machanical reaction.

So I tried to use the "emergancy release" to open it manulaly from inside. But this also doesn´t work...

What can I do to open the liftgate? And how to fix the Problem?
 
Sounds like something is caught near the latch. Try pushing on the hatch while pressing the open button.

 
Are the actuators In the rest of the doors working properly? If the actuators aren't working in any of the doors it will end up causing the liftgate lock to not open up
 
I have had problem with my hatch. The emergency release lever from inside the trunk works its magic every time. You may also want to try to remove the fuse and put it back in sort of "reset" it. When I was experiencing this problem, remove and reinsert the fuse works and eventually fail completely. I ended up replace the actuator from a G35 truck latch because I found a very nice deal at the time. The emergency release is the only way to open the hatch from here.

I already tried to open the hatch by pushing the putton from outside or by using the emergency release, while pushing or pulling the hatch. Nothing... :-(

Yes, all actuators work properly. There are no problems with the other doors
