It's not DiNoc anymore, at least, that's not the stuff you want to use. DiNoc was not great for wrapping cars, it was meant for architectural applications. It didn't conform well, was very thick, and tore easily. 3M 1080 is the material meant for car wrapping; or Hexis. I've used both and they are indistinguishable from one another (I've put samples side by side).
Get adhesion promoter, the plastic down there is a little more porous than paint so you'll need it. And I would recommend 3M edge sealer, it is a clear lacquer that you apply to the edge. It dries like nail polish and will keep the edge from lifting. This is important since it's the lowest part of your car and the most likely area to get dirt/water/rocks.
