It looks like it would feel like driving with a not fully inflated tire. They seem to hold shape better at speed though, maybe due to the centripetal force.

Interesting design. Looks fitting for the Jeep more then a regular car. Wonder if you wrap a new tread when that wears out?

Perpetual steering wheel shake. It is like when the open spaces between your wheel spoke gets filled with frozen snow. You feel you have a bad wheel balance issue.
