Installing subwoofer and use original cables from original subw?

If you mean just installing a subwoofer and no aftermarket amp, i'm sure you can use the factory speaker wires, just make sure the aftermarket sub is the same impedance as the factory sub so you don't blow the factory amp. Best bet is to get a aftermarket amp and sub
 
I mean a aftermarket subwoofer...A SW with two 12" and a amp to it and use the speaker cables wit an "hight to low converter" for the signal. Power you can get from the 12 volt between the front chairs.

If I understand you correctly, you wanted drive two 12" sub woofers with an market amp using the signal from the factory sub/amp? If so, yes you can. That how everyone add aftermarket sub and amp into their FX. I would recommend to run a beefy 8 or 10 gauge 12 volt source directly from the battery to power the amp though.

^^^all depends on how much power the amp is. 500 - 1000 watts rms i would use 4 guage wire from battery to amp. Anything uder 500 watts 8 guage should be fine
