Lower Tie Rod on Driver Side

How hard is this to replace? Tires Plus in PA wanted 350.00 when I took it in for an alignment and balance. I told them to hold off. They quoted me 160 for the part. Unreal. They raped my girlfriend for 400 for rear shocks on her Rav4.
 
you mean outter tie rod? not hard to replace. Just need to follow instructions on how to perform the diy correctly

hammer works most of the time, some dont use it because your banging on the knuckle and causing the metal to chip
