20" Staggered wheel tire sizes

I'm planning on running a staggered setup. I just wanted to know if I'm going to run into any problems running a 255/45/20 & 295/40/20? height wise its .3 of an inch off. I think I should be fine and the dealership is saying "you should be ok".

Some local fx members are telling me I might have problems with vdc.

You won't have problems. It's a combination that i was looking for my fx. The difference between front and rear tires is below 1% so you are good.

You'll be fine provided the wheels are the right width for those tires. But I ran 265 fronts with 285/295/305 rears for years without problems. Same general sizing as you (40 front 35 rear on 22"s).

Why would you stagger the tires if your wheels are square?

20x9 and 20x10 but after seeing mbarb15 FX I want to go a bit more aggressive.

Hi Justin, I just bought 2017 QX70 Limited and I was thinking og a set of 20" GTR staggered wheels \\/ What year is your vehicle and is it AWD? Just trying to discern if I will cause problems with the AWD system. Thks - Jeff
