Front sonar sensors failure? Please advise.

Hey Guys!
Just replaced fog lights bulbs at the dealer and once took off I noticed that both front sonar sensors are constantly
red. No beeps, no snow/mud on them they just stay on in red like something is near but no sound.
Could you please advise what could be the reason? Are my sensors dead? Thanks!

Has the front of the bumper ever been repainted?

Just an FYI that front sonar sensors on our rides can't be repainted since it effects the sensitivity. You need to buy new primed sonar sensors and repaint them again. This is assuming your car has ever been repainted on the front.

They could also just be disconnected

No it wasn't repainted, and it was working just fine 3 hours ago.
the mechanic was doing some bulbs change I assume he might do something with sonar or disconnect t it accidently.

UPDATE:
All good, the guys simply re-connected sensors and it's just fine now.
