Transfer Case

Wasn't sure which category to post this in. Been having trouble with feeling like the front wheels are slipping during low speed, tight turns under light throttle. Took it in and first they told me I needed 4 new tires. I have the H&R springs so my wheels are cambered in about 2.7 degrees. No problem. Except that once they get the tires on the problem gets worse.

So they kept the car a few days to figure it out. They then replaced my transfer case fluid. They drained it and said it was really milky. No idea how water got in there, don't remember fording any rivers. A day and a half after I get the car back the problem returns. So now it's back at the dealership and they just ordered a new transfer case. It's, of course, on back order so there isn't a delivery date yet.

The car has a little under 50k miles on it. Anyone else had any similar problems?

I'm not hearing a rubbing noise, or feeling vibration in the steering wheel. I feel it in the floorboards mostly. It feels like tire(s) lose traction momentarily over and over during the turn. At first they thought it was one of the differentials, but moved on to the transfer case. The work is being done under warranty, so if the new transfer case doesn't fix it I'll just take it back again.
