Just completed my Osiris Uprev Tune yesterday at J-K Tuning in Carlisle PA. I am very pleased with the tune on the AWD Mustang Dyno. I was running too lean before the tune, now my Air/Fuel ratio is perfect. The car is much more responsive to the bolt ons and I definitely notice the power gains. Increase of 8 horsepower and 23 ft/lbs of torque. The numbers below speak for themselves. You can watch the video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bc8XjJAqadY. I watched it... I'll sign off on the potential physical side effects. (It is jarring tho)

So at the risk of sounding like a complete tool.... Is this a chip, like a unichip? I am interested in a unichip, but is this better?
 
It's all on the ECU itself, and is controlled by a laptop running the Osiris software through the ODBII. There's no physical change to the car.
 
In addition to Stu's comment, uprev can be undone and License can be resold (like unichip mod can be parted). I personally prefer ECU tuning.

HA's secret steering wheel mod? Looks great and reminds me of the Lexus's wheels.
 
Wow this is amazingly similiar to my 05 g35x on a mustang with same mods.

I have a higher peak vs ur higher curve. But good gains overall.

Did u tell them to bump up the rev limiter so u dont hit it while shifting.

Sorta, I was not completely happy with the result, so I decided to stay under the radar.

No, the A/F gauge is not required for Unichip or UpRev. Just informational.

Thanks. Your 35 was a beast and so is your 50. I think it was probably due to the different mods. You had nismo exhaust and kintex high flow cats vs I have FI CBE and FI high flow cats.

Another potential side effect could me erection lasting 24 hours, hahaha! Alot depends on locally who you have for tuning. Tuning is not a child's play. No unichip is a piggyback system which I don't recommend. Like others have posted before it is an ECU tune and you have to buy a license. Osiris remaps the factory ECU, rather than relying on a piggyback system to manipulate the data. There are also hot start problems with unichip. Plus Osiris UPREV sounds much more BOSS like than Unichip PIGGYBACK :tongue:!

:laugh: 25 days is loooooong time without it. What you have done so far are impressive already.
Us married guys understood that happy wife = a happy life. It should also applies to those still in the dating scene. :wink:

I agree. If I do another mod and take my punishment, I would probably have to end up buying a new mattress the day after my punishment is over.. :tongue:
