2008 fx35
I have a 2008 FX35...

Ive been trying to listen to my cd's but I keep getting this error message that says "push eject". I try ejecting the cd's but it just doesnt work at all. Ive tried pressing other buttons to change the cd but it doesnt let me do it either. Has anyone ever stumbled across a problem like this before??

Please let me know any thoughts or opinion on it!!!!!!1

People used to have that problem with their Infiniti G35s and the head unit had to be replaced. The Dealer replaced my unit on my G35 because of the same reason.

Can you change disc? If not, I notice that when I disconnect the head unit from all the connector on the back, it always cycle through when I plug the connectors back in. May want to give it a try hoping that would "reset" it. Let me warn you that there are a lot of connector on the back and they're tight. I mean they're really tight and the cable is very short. If you going to rest the head unit on the shifter knob, make sure you lay a piece of rag on it. Hate to see you ended up with an a scratched up shift knob. Another way is find the radio fuse on the fuse box in the driver side foot well, pull it out, turn the key to accessory and then turn the key back off, and then plug the fuse back on to see it that would trigger a "reset" when it see power again.

try pressing and holding the "eject" button, it should eject all your discs 1 thru 6.

Hey Guys...

So i finally got around in taking out the radio.. Thank you GetLuckiFX for the link on removing the radio unit.
I tried everything you said La_fx35 but still I had no luck!! it still says push eject on it;((

IF anyone else have other suggestions please let me know! If all else fails Im going to take it to the dealer ship and see what they say.

Thanks to everyone that was able to chime in!

But are u still under warranty to even bother going there? Knowing them they might try it charge u if ur not under warranty just to check it out.

I had the same problem with my G35. Luckily I had extended warranty and they replaced the head unit. As soon as it was fixed, I couldn't wait to throw in my DMXs before heading to the gym.

Oh man,, try to avoid Inskip.. They will bend you over big time.

+ 1 on avoiding this, that does sound like an unfortunate experience. As a surprise with being caught off guard with poor service or overcharged, would you compare it to Andy Duframe's experience with the sisters in the Shawshank Redemption?
