Enter Button on Navigation of 2011 FX50 Not Working

Anybody had this problem? I can't do anything on Nav that requires the ENTER button including changing option for audio, tech stuff, etc. I'm thinking of rebooting by unplugging the battery for a few minutes. What you think? thanks Bill

Never heard of that problem, I would get hold of the Dealer since it should still be under warranty.

Dude, your are so screwed. Just kidding. I would first take it to the dealership if it is under warranty, because you may have something that needs to be replaced. Your solution of resetting it could work, but it could mask the overall problem which may occur again when you are out of warranty. So take it to the dealership as is and let them replace the part or reset it, so that you have a paper trail if the problems occur again. Just my advice.

Yeah dont try and fix it yourself. If you reset the battery and it starts working you won't find out why it stopped working in the first place. Just take it to the dealer. You have a 2011 FxX so you definitely have a warranty still.
