Who solicited who? Did you sign up to a service like lending tree and this Co answered? If so, it should be a go.

The deal is I have to pay about 11% for what they call Loan Protection Ins before they release the loan. They also said that it will be refund during the Loan' s life.
What do you think?

Sounds a lot like PMI for houses. If this is for a car loan then that's horse dung.
