IMO, definitely black it out. As it sits, it looks like a Chrysler 300...But if that's the look you're going for - chrome rims, chrome pillars, chrome accents, leave it as is. Makes the FX look much less sporty.

I know you are going for a style that fits you, but (is anyone gonna say this?) I think it may be going towards the wrong direction in the rice field/ghetto style.

Lol No im not into the chromed out car look im actually going with black wheels.. I don't know if I wanna black out all the logos and leave the grill chrome or black out the grill and leave the logos chrome, that's why I didn't put the Infiniti symbol on yet... In my opinion chrome wheels are played out

I say black grille with chrome/coloured logos will look much better. Right now it is way too shiny, and looking a little chicken wire(ish), in my humble (and completely unimportant) opinion.

If you're not into that look, then I'm not sure why you'd get a grill like this. Just because it's cheap and on eBay doesn't mean it's a good choice. If you want black wheels, and a sporty look, then this grill doesn't match that theme at all.

Lol it wasn't cheap and I saw the ones on ebay that looked stock but without a logo and were black but they actually looked cheap they were $50-75 I was trying it on to see if I liked it before I even wasted time getting it dipped black.. I think im gonna keep the grill, black it and put the chrome logo on it.. I don't want that black factory grill everybody else has that's kinda becoming a uniform

I can understand wanting to look different, but are you willing to do it at the cost of your car not looking as good?

Besides, its only people on here that are really doing that look. the other 95% of the FX's out there are stock and yours will still be different compared to them.

At first glance I thought, black the mesh and leave the trim to sort of match window trim. Now I see you have black window trim - black the whole thing. you said "dipped black". Do you mean plastidipped? I'd paint or powdercoat instead of plasti dip.

I like the way these look on black FX's, but with the Infiniti logo I think it was. Since you have a silver I would black it out. Hollywood did something similar on his white 2nd gen and it looked good. Same style grille I think.
