Hey guys,

I've been deciding between the 22 Miami XO vs 22 Vossen CV3.

I know that alot of people here have the CV3 and love it, but has any heard of the quality of the Miami? The Miami is cheaper so I'm leaning towards that a little.

Here's the Miami:

And Here's the CV3:

Seems like the Vossen gives that deep-dish look better than the Miami. Plus if you are going to spend money on rims, go flat out! Vossen.

I was gonna go with the Miami XO staggered but decided to wait for a while....they came up with a new wheel its called XO Havana look them up they're way better than the Miami wheels...just ordered mine its gonna take about 3 to 4 weeks till i get them.

They look almost the same, might as well pay less and go with the Miami or maybe even Niche which makes a similar wheel. Vossens aren't anything special, the CV3 isn't forged or anything. They're just slightly overpriced cast wheels. The Vossens look more concave in the pictures you have, but it may be the angle or offsets or width. I doubt you could tell much difference in real life. I'd pick up the cheaper wheels and buy lowering springs or coilovers. Doesn't matter how nice the wheels are, if you're at stock height, it looks silly.

Yeah I bet the wheels are identical in real life.

I dont know about vossen but some chinese wheel manufacturers used to sell the same wheel manufactured out of the same factory to two different vendors.

Who makes vossen's wheels?

EDIT:

I will say this though the one thing Vossen knows how to do is market. They can market the shit out of their product; social media, events, parties, photoshoots. They do it all, and people flock to them all day every day. Their considered high end, because they have done such a good job with brand recognition.

I have to agree with you sir!!!!!!

It did not take long for different companies to come out with the "same look" that the vossen's have.

It took ages for BBS wheels to be copied and even then you can tell that they are not made in the same place....The same goes for HRE, DPE,Works, Assanti and Advan. To be fair though, Vossen is not on the same playing field as the companies i just mentioned.

They look the same. Quality may be a bit better with vessel, but who knows. After 2 yrs you'll likely want a new set so might as well get something affordable.

What the hell.... They looks exactly alike lol, get the Miami. If the Vossens are wider, get the Vossens.

I'm actually leaning towards the vossen because I think the outer silver lining around the rim makes it pop just that much more. anyone have any idea what widths I should get? we have a 50mm offset don't we? and the pattern is 5x114.5?
