Summit racing strut bars, Tie bars and bracing

I believe Summit was in the bracing business first for Asian markets, gtspec imported them as blue into the US market. Braces are definitely manufactured outside of US.

This makes sense, GT-Spec private then private labels them in the US in their own color, under their own name. In my industry we call it label slapping and internet sales is making this more and more difficult to execute without end user confusion. This also explains GT's higher prices and longer lead times as their products would be a special order.

When I as trying to source these out I was told that Summit Racing strut/tie Bars are exactly the same as GT SPEC. That's why all the bars that GT spec has Summit racing has also. The best part for us is that Summit racing has them in stock no more waiting especially for the 1st Gens GT are out of stock on alot of there products. If you don't mind orange and you wanna pay less for the same thing it a no brainer to me buy Summit Racing.

im not sure there prices but for there complete line . but each one of there lower rear tie including lateral was 70 a piece, beats paying over a hundred each, The strut bar is 178 and the lower sub frame tie bar was 160. I believe I also got quoted on the mid chassis brace and it was 160 also (I THINK) Ill get complete price list and post for you guys next time I e-mail them.
