Unorthodox racing pulley set reliabilty vs performance, recommendations??

My engine bay was black and chrome theme at the time. So to me it worth it and match up with the theme and I install them myself and no additional cost to me other then the cost of the extra pulleys. In your case, I'll most likely skip them two since they're just blink factors.

How long does the crank take to install it by shop ?

Any modest shop would have the tools to do that job in 20min. They're probably charging you a minimum rate of 1hr which is pretty common.
