How to replace center armrest.

Trying to replace the center armrest. Have the back panel off the console and am trying to remove the felt plastic piece around the hinges. I have the front lifted slightly but cannot figure out how to lift the back two sides. Any one figured this one out?
 
I saw that post, that is how I got started put I do not have those two clips in the back. Mine is a little different. I have two supports in the back on the outside edge. That is where I am stuck. I cannot release them.
 
Weird.. I did that procedure with my '06 and it was simple.
I pulled the felt piece covering the four screws slightly back.
Slightly pulled enough to expose the screws. I didn't remove it.

I also didn't remove the power outlet on the back.
 
That's what I thought. Simple fix but nooo, not for me. I quit working on it. Can't post a picture till I have ten posts. We'll see if some knows what I talking about.

I will have a chance to get my hands on an 06-08 tomorrow evening. :) I will post up if I can figure it out.
