i know, i really hope so too.. plus i took all of my stuff out of there already.. (sirius antenna, amp, mediabridge) im gonna miss her and she did take a hard hit for me but she did save my life and i owe her that
 
absolutely no chance they would not total it, don't worry about that really. if by some odd chance they don't, call me and I'll make a call for you, they will have to total that

Thank you, I just talked to ins adjuster and he said its almost guaranteed total loss.. I just hope now that the insurance gives me more than I owe so I can work on getting another one.. I owe about 12k still. I just got this fx on dec 2011

thank you, im glad as well... so im waiting for the insurance companies to settle the loss and waiting for the amount n check from them.. i did however apply for another loan with a few spots.. i did get approved from capital one bank (which is my current lien-holder) for a 30k loan but at 7.80-9.02 interest rate which is kind of high... not sure if thats because i currently have a loan open with them or who knows... i gotta see what the deal is and call them tomorrow
 
you won't get a check. capital1 will get one at book value and if it's less than what you owed then you'll have to send them a check unless you got gap insurance.
 
Try the credit union if you have one ....or nationwide bank ....they should give you under 5%...with good credit ..

Credit Unions have a nice rates indeed, check them out. I have my car loan at local CU with a 4.99% rate
 
I still gotta look around.. I may wait till my current capital one loan settles.. I got denied twice but I think it's because of that open loan
 
Any updates? What did you get? Credit Unions FTW! I got my used FX at 1.99%. Uncommon for used cars but they knock a point down for certain things such as having direct deposit with them,auto pay etc.
