Media Bridge AMBR-1503-NIS work on 2003 FX45?

Im interested in doing the ipod integration but also bluetooth and the Dice (now run by Audiovox) Media Bridge does this but says for 2004-2008 models.

Has anyone successfully integrated the DICE unit (AMBR-1503-NIS) w a 2003 FX45 SAT ready headunit?

I installed mine a few weeks ago on a 03 w/o NAV. It works perfect. Only complaint is that navigating through the IPOD is impossible. I have to either play it by random song or disconnect the IPOD and pick the song/artist then plug it back in. I'm not sure if FX's with factory NAV have an easier way to navigate. I don't have SAT radio but I do have a SAT button on my radio. Good luck!

What are your thoughts on the quality of the bluetooth streaming audio? Is the quality noticeably different than satellite radio or Ipod?
