Humming Noise Coming From Engine - Need Help

Most of the time, the sensor is good, but it seized in the hole and it cannot be remove without destroying it. In order to remove the hub bearing, you have to remove the abs sensor.

Yea that is pretty much what they said. Well that's annoying. Thanks for the links! Is the standard motor products one exactly the same as an OEM sensor from infiniti? If I was to buy an OEM sensor, would I be able to buy it from a nissan dealer or would it have to be an infiniti dealer?

You don't need to take the sensor off for that job by the way . Just have to remove the ring where the abs goes on the new hub and put it back when the part is in place . I did both of my front wheel bearing . That's a nasty noise

I replaced both front hub bearings and all my abs sensors got the parts from the Infiniti dealer, wasn't cheap but at least I saved some money since I did all the work myself.

Nice, I didn't know the ring can be safely removed and put back. I will have to take a closer look next time I have to do one again! Thanks for the info. :good:
