Yellow side marker changed to LED

Anyone change the yellow side marker to LEDs? I changed mine a few months ago and it went from an amber colored yellow to a bright white yellow color. Looks like 3000K now:

I used VLEDs 2 what 4 chip led bulbs to do it. I must say the color is nice.

Only way we could do that is if we had clear side markers. I hate the yellow side markers but I'm trying to work with what we have lol.Sucks that the euro models get clear side markers.
 
Looks good, I would love to have the clear side marker
 
if the euro version has them, couldn't we just buy them online some way?

or are they part of the headlight as one piece?
 
Can you post a link to the led's you used for this and your city lights..?

you have to replace the entire headlight housing and they ain't cheap, around $2K :(

Hey, those look great! Where did you get those and what brand/type model# are they?
