Hid fog lights

Hey guys does anyone know where or who or how I can just turn on my fog light with out the head lights on I use to know how to do to all my other cars but kinda scared to try anything on this car lmk guys thanx

We just need to apply power to the switch/relay side when the ignition is on, instead of when the headlights are on....

On my 09 accord i rewired the fog lights to the side markers....Requires cutting
