Door panel Mod possible?

Hi everybody... I'm new to all this and I'm not even sure this is possible but how hard would it be to put a hand socket (like the two on the rear hatch) into the edges of the doors? fingerprints from closing the doors are driving me crazy!

I had to train kids and wife to close door by using lower door edge instead of pillars.

Interesting idea. Are you handy enough to remove the door panel and check the clearance on the inside at the location you're thinking of? Or, if might be easier to just use the inside and outside handles.

Anything is possible. It's all a matter of how much $$$ you want to spend. I remember there being a good amount of open space between the outer door skin and interior crossmember panel. You could theoretically cut a hole, fit the hand grabs in, and seal/attach it permanently.
