Hey Gentleman, I have a ticking sound coming from what i believe to be my passenger front and rear wheels or area around. As i drive its a continuous persistent tick, When i speed up it speeds up when i slow down it does the same. I cant find the source. I jacked the front passenger side wheel up and turned it and there was no noise. I took the wheel off then put it back on and sound went a way for 1 night. I Have fx a 03 awd with 22x10's

Nope it doesnt go away when i press the brakes. I Checked the tread and rid them of rocks and there was no sign of nails. I dont know whats going. I rolled the car without starting it extremely slow and it still did it..

Could it be the differental oil need to be replaced. I purchased the car at 100,000 miles now it have 115,000 not sure when the last owner changed it

I'm guess the front wheel bearing needs to be checked out.

I have the same exact ticking noise that's been driving me nuts for almost a year, took it in the shop for regular maintenance the other day
and I was told my wheel bearing is starting to go. I haven't replaced it yet to find out... but I'd say Soonster has a pretty good guess
on this one.

Well the thing is this, bad bearings make a rubbing noise, not a ticking noise

Bad bearings typically make a deep grinding humming noise ... which I also hear.
but the ticking noise is actually more annoying... lol. It would sound like there are a few pebbles stuck in the tire.
Im still thinking it is related to the bearings because its coming from the same location (Front passanger) of where
the grinding/humming noise seems to be coming from. I'll find out when I replace my wheel bearing next week.

Dry real axle click sucks. I don't think the FX is listed for the TSB but I printed it out and took it to the dealer and got it done.
