I agree or dealer doesn't know what to do because it's so rare almost like an electrical issue somewhere. :eek.:

Just keep going and going until you get it resolved especially since you are still under warranty.

lmao funny u say that i was just looking it up apparently it applies to issues that havent been resolved up to four attempts....i passed that but i think the mileage limit is 18000 miles and under 2 years, mine is a lease and may made it 2 years and im at 25000 miles, the issue im pretty sure i started complaining about it before 18000 miles so i was wondering if i should still inquire.....on another note pardon my ignorance but i cant seem to put up new post, can somebody instruct me on that??

hey everybody that helped me with this thanx! i went back to kings infiniti for a list of issues i had.....the main 1 being my car not always starting. i told them about what u guys said with the throttle bodies needing to be cleaned and of course they said they would look into it, got the phone call that the car was ready and they couldnt duplicate the problem. when i arrived we spoke and they said theres no codes coming up and if the throttle bodies needed cleaning then something would def pop up. so since they replaced my battery twice because of this issue i asked if maybe i should buy another battery (was thinking an optima) the response was everything works on the car and theres no way it could b the battery, lmao all i can think about was them telling me twice that that was going to b the fix, i left with the car starting perfectly but of course that night it did it twice on two different occasions!! i went to them 1st because i needed an oil change, and they have this infiniti for life program where i just pay for the disposal of oil after i payed a price of about 200 in the beginning, secondly i figured with more info from my experiences as well as everything u guys told me maybe they would b able to knock it out but apparently they cant so now i will just go to 1 of the dealers u guys suggest
 
NO!!!! they said no codes were showing up, every time i leave there it starts fine and sooner or later it starts to do it again

I suggest you get it on video.. Start recording the tach when you start the car. You'll capture it I'm sure.

thats the funny part ive shown them tons of videos and they just simply said it has to do it while its here
 
Take it to Infiniti of Massepequa and ask for Tom. Tell them mike with the black FX sent you. Yes my name is Aaron but they call me mike. They will take care of you.
 
thanx bro i know u suggested them to me before but i just thought with what u guys told me and me giving them that info that they would b able to fix it but thats def my next stop
 
i hate that the services are so/still shitty, ive heard only 10 dealers thoughout US that were good.
 
from what ive heard throughout iS, fireonice pointed you in the right direction Infiniti of Massepequa,. Try it out
