how to remove antenna and sat radio antenna?

ive been looking all over in the service manual but cant find how to remove them. need to remove them to paint roof..

I believe you have to drop the headliner to get to them.

really? it looks like its under the sunglass holder thing and the satelite one unser the plastic panel in the back

yeap its held down by a nut under the headliner i believe

up. hopefully someone can chime in. i tried today and it seems to be different from fxlr's instructions. i got a bolt on the right side then when i pulled it wouldnt budge. Hopefuly memebrs here who have done the suede headliner can help .
