Will a regular 4 wheel alignment fix the camber after installing 17mm front and 25mm rear spacers with stock wheels? I have an FX50S with stock suspension. Thanks in advance!
Your camber should not change when you install spacers. Will a regular 4 wheel alignment fix the camber after installing 17mm front and 25mm rear spacers with stock wheels? I have an FX50S with stock suspension. Thanks in advance!
Spacers will not affect either of them.
spacers don't effect camber wear. A drop will effect camber wear since your altering the geometry of the suspension.
When the top of your tires lean in or out this is camber. It does look like you have some negative camber, when was your alignment last performed and did you drive it after you installed the spacers.HMMM? Ok, I am no alignment expert, but my eye tells me that my rears are pointing inward, which would be toe correct. It sure looks like the inside of the tires will wear faster, but that is just my little brain talking to me. Moving the wheels out an inch on each side tells my little brain once again that this may be the case.
At any rate, I will have an alignment done after I install the fronts next week. I certainly appreciate your comments......THANKS! :top:

That will look great when you also get the front end done, and definitely get the alignment done, since you've not had it checked since you got your ride.
The FX comes with some negative camber from the factory. It is one of the things that makes it handle so well.
I have no ideea... Never did an alignment at the dealer. I love the negative camber. I am also dropped on H&R's.:smile (2):If the FX comes with some negative camber from factory, when they align it at the dealer, will they align it like factory with some negative camber or align it "perfect"?
I have not aligned it since I got it. With that said, I did not notice the rear wheels turning inward before I installed the spacer; or I am just imagining it? I did drive it about a mile after I just painted the spacers and rotors this afternoon.
