I think ima do mine today. Im packing dental floss in the coat pocket. First the teeth then the car
Be sure not to pull up too hard on any corners of the emblem because the other corner will poke into the car paint. Good luck! Looks so much smoother when done, and takes the attention away from the emblems and puts it on the FX![]()

yeah it would scratch the paint if you got close enough but the trick is not to once the badge is off you can get the sticky part off using the low heat setting on the heat gun and rolling it with your finger.I dunno, would you floss with fishing line? Your paint is delicate, so if I had to choice, floss is the way to go because it's not as harsh. But fishing line method is fine overall, tons of people do it.
Personally, i think its tacky.. I would keep them on. But I have an fx45 so maybe that changes things because i would want people to know they are dealing with a v8 lol... so if you have a fx45 or fx50... i would really say no... but i dont get the point of removing the brand if thats what you own...
