Thats good, 7-8 coats is far more than needed, i am sure there will be no problems with durability. I ordered my plasti dip. Will take care of the vents first and will spend a weekend doing the rims.

I really don't know why I was missing a few caps that day, no idea why but my older bro took them off for something
but recently one of my cap was stolen so I only have 3 now :| and still no idea where to get them lol
on a different note, I should be ordering the metalizers the end of this week, re-decided on it the plasti-dip wheels to me look too obvious that its plasti-dip (strange I know). Def. needs a glossifier or the metalizer ontop to make it pop
How does it work with doing the plastidip and having the tires installed? I'm thinking about doing my FX50 rims with the matte lack then the silver glossefier.

I actually painted the plasti dip right over the wheels, didn't even mask anything off (theres no point)
the plasti dip that was on the rubber peels right off effortlessly. So far so good on them no chips or anything and Ive ran them basically all summer
Same goes with the door handles holding up really well, only thing I wished I did different was peel the plasti dip around the rubber button on the handle, it looks like theres an air bubble between the rubber button and the plasti dip ontop
