Since you leaning toward the 1sr gen, you should consider 06 - 08. The interior is much nicer than the 03 - 05.

And is the bike laying down? I've got a Tri bike and don't like to lay it down. I've been wondering if my bike would fit in the back standing up with the front wheel down. It fits in my 4runner but the Fx roof looks to slope down.
