I am interested, BUT first still need some confirmations it would fit. I'm not sure if these are recently updated newer GTSpec brackets for our 2nd gen cars.

There are previous 2nd gen members that had bought the GTSpec brackets and they did not fit properly. One member says they are satisfied (in that it still feels solid other than it's bolted half ass). Another is not. The square piece that sits on the strut towers does not sit down flat because of raised parts of the inner fender. When you bolt it down, it would not even pull down flat and you could not get a full nut on the bracket. Because of this, one of the members grinded a whole bunch off the radius on the bottom of the bracket. If it does not sit so it is fully seated then your front struts are not bolted down properly. You can not even get a full nut of threads on the strut bracket bolts, so he left the GTSpec brackets after this mod, but he doesn't have the bar on. This member has done this on many previous rides and this was clearly not something that fit out of factory.

That's why I posted it. There are members that have gone through this, but nobody is talking about it, so I felt I needed to. Vendor is saying not my responsibility that it fits, but imo it's better for Koso to just do his due diligence before potentially ruining his reputation for selling a product and upsetting members because the upside potential is huge as there are more and more 2nd gens wanting this mod. It's better to verify this before than deal with consequences after the fact. We are here to protect members above any vendor.
