Odo rollback, bubbling dash and fading window trims (complete set). While still on the last couple of months on warranty, they replaced my driver's side whole wiper assembly when the noozle broke after that very bad snowstorm last year. I was surprised as I knew this was not supposedly covered by warranty.

Oh yeah forgot to mention that after I wrote that bad review some bitch that works there came on to the G nyc forums and basically told me that I didn't know what I was talking about the dealership and that I had no right to leave such a review. Apparently their under some new ownership now or something I don't know. But I could care less. As a customer I have the right to write an honest review. :thefinger::bootyshake:


And if your referring to the finance manager, did it happen to be a guy named Larry Martz? That guy has the worse attitude ever for someone that it suppose to help bring money to Legacy Infiniti.
 
Agreed! You have every right to write the review that is representative to your experience. Mine could have been a lot worse had I fell for that wily SOB finance manager. I forgot his name. He has a Chinese last name. He must've been so pissed I made my own financing arrangements and he did not make any penny out of my transaction under the table that he gave me a crappy license plate. My original plate has the prefix "ESX", which got me lots of knowing funny remarks from friends. I was bothered about it that I decided to go vanity plate shortly thereafter. I think he purposely did so out of spite.

Anyhow, what they failed from their sales team they made up for the better after sale services. I never had any issues on their service department.

Nope. Did not do this as I plan to change my brakes to afte rmarket hopefully over the summer.

i did read all the reviews ...did not buy my car there and never tried to buy anything, but i do go there for service never had any problems with the service people they always listen and do everything i ask....
 
Anybody in the new york area had work done to their brakes in reference to the tsb?? my brakes sound like crap and its only been 3 months of owning it. smh @ legacy
