Legacy Infiniti in long island

What's up IS so I bought my 06fx35 from them less than a month ago and I took it in for service today because the car is making a whoo whoo sound when braking or when doing 10 th 15 mph and the wheel pulls to the left when braking it took them 9hrs to tell me it was the rotor on the drivers side that needed to be cut and a nail in my tire that made the wheel pull left I had to pay 110 dollars to fix and it's still doing the same no ice and still pulling to the left:mad.: does anyone know of a better service center in ny please help

I bought my FX from there also but yet to have gone their for any service. I'm gona take my FX to Infiniti of Massapequa. Allot of NY members go there and come out saying great stuff.
 
I haven't had any service done there, but that place is full of crooks. Before buying the FX I was originally going to get an EX35 I saw there for a good price. They asked me to put $500 deposit down to hold the car and was guranteed I would have it back right away if I changed my mind. Long story short the deal fell through and I changed my mind. Asked for my money back and they gave me problems getting it back. First I was told it would be refunded in cash which they didn't. Took like a month of running back and forth to get my money back and they gave me a check instead. Guy in the finance department is also an asshole and they all talk to you like a smartass. I'll never go anywhere near that dealership ever again. They can kiss my ass and the FX's ass :top:


Go to Infiniti of Massepequa. Ask for Tom in service and tell him Michael (Aaron) with the black FX sent you. He knows who I am lol. Love that dealership since they never give me any headaches.
 
How does a dealership with such a rep still able to stay in good standings with Infiniti USA?
 
you're more than welcome to come to Infiniti of Massapequa.... just send me an e-mail if you need help. I always chat with some of the FX guys when they come in for service. also, saturdays if you have an appointment we have free coffee and free manicures for everyone.... lady is nice to chat with

how much would they charge to swap out the tpms sensors from my current wheels to my new wheels and mount the wheels? Is that something I could wait for instead of leaving the car?
 
Kings and Legacy both have bad reps on all the Infiniti forums. Read so many bad reviews.

A car salesman should be WANTING you to buy a car, not talk to you like a smartass and get impatient. That's exactly how Legacy operates.

yes i dealt with you for years about looking for the right FX or EX to buy... and it wasn't days and months, I think I kept your email back then for years? even took a demo drive to manhattan and back to make sure it was legit
 
I purchased and go to Infiniti of Manhaset.. Haven't had a problem with them yet and Joe from service is very good..I went to legacy when I was shopping around and was in their used lot for over 20 mins and not even one since sales person came out to see if I needed help..
 
I bought my orange on orange 06fx from legacy on 10/31. first they gave me a second i key on the day i bought my car that didnt even work, my tpms light was on and i traded in a 04 g35 coupe and 04 g35 4door that someone stole the navi from when i parked it in the lot. So last week i came for the free oil change and someone stole my friends iphone that was left in the car (clearly was the guy who did the oil change) went to the manager and nothing was done. what kind of people allow this?? no my brakes are making the squealing noise and i want to get it fixed but im scared to go there. infiniti of massapequa is sounding realling nice
 
I purchased my '07 FX35 AWD at Legacy. I thought I got a very good deal on the price through their internet promotion at the time. Their Finance Manager was a crook and almost screwed me. He told me this BS story about how certain banks would give you a lower credit rating therefore he gave me a steep APR despite intending to make a big down payment of $20K. He also tried to sell me their "preferred" auto insurance which turns out to be higher in monthly premium at $500 from my car's $350+ monthly. I smell rat when he asked up front cash 1 month advance for the insurance (will not accept check either). I hightailed and obtained financing straight from my bank at a very low APR and got my own insurance.

I still do my regular maintenance there as I established good rapport with a few of their service agents. Julio is great! He had all of my TSB recalls done - no questions asked. He had some of minor repairs outside my warranty done at reasonably low price even compared to quotes from other dealiers.
