If you guys are interested in some LED lights

I see all these thread on LED's and I thought I would just show you which LED's I'm using.

By the way these are the brightest LED's you can get. I dont care what anyone says because I've tested them all!! LOL Seriously though these LED bulbs are brighter than one circuit board with 50 LED's on it trust me. Each bulb has 4 LED's on it. What makes them soooo bright is the amount of wattage put through them. Notice there is none of that cheap shitty cool blue color that white LED's tend to have. Just white and luxurious looking:

These are the ones I'm using:

Their expensive but you get what you pay for. These have heatsinks on them that keep them from overheating. Only thing I recommend is not installing them into the parking lights. The heat from my headlights destroyed the LED bulb. Anyways just trying to help some people out:top:

Oh yeah if you notice in the second to last picture I used them in the orange amber lens in the headlight!! Just dont use them in the city lights.

Can you send me a link to which LED's that you use for your city lights? and do you use 5k or 6k on those? are your headlights the stock 4300K ?

Thanks!

It's really simple each side takes 5 minutes each. Just open up the hood to the engine bay and remove those rubber dust cover flaps on the side as if you were just changing the headlight bulbs. All you need to do it pop the clips out to remove it. Then put you hand down inside and feel around next to the headlight and you will feel the plastic socket to the back of the city light. Just turn it and it pops right out. It's really easy!

hey fire, which cargo area lights did you buy? and the vanity lights? do you use the same bulbs as you do for the dome in your license plate lights?

Forgot to put up the pictures for you of my LED orange side marker and white parking lights:

Here's what they look like installed into mine:

The plate lights use the same bulbs as the door and map lights.

These cargo lights were too long for my car! Can you please check to make sure which ones you did get so I can exchange for the correct model?

Thanks!!!

That's werd mine fit in perfectly. I didn't have to force it in either

Thanks!

I am thinking that they made the 2009 FX cargo light different than the 2011 than I have, which would be the only explanation. I found out that these 31 mm festoon bulbs is what I need for mine:

http://www.v-leds.com/Interior-LED-...LED/5K-WHITE-15W-3-LED-HIGH-p9619299-1-2.html

My bulbs were originally the sylvania DE3175, which is a 31mm bulb so it makes sense that the bulb that I ordered was too long, as it was a 42 mm bulb.

Very wierd that Infiniti would make this change, maybe somehow to cut costs?

Hope this helps someone!

BTW I think that the footwell LED's are way too bright especially at night, might need to switch to some autozone cheapo's for those lol

I just checked with Infiniti parts and the cargo lights are all the same on the 2009-2012 models. Nothing has changed. Maybe VLED's shipped you the wrong thing.

It's too bad the interior LEDs for the 2009+ FXs are falling through from Koso Kustomz.
