New owner - 2006 FX35

Very true Andrew. Carbon Fiber wrap the interior is a very nice inexpensive mod. Still very much in love with it :smile (2):

just looking at the stock interior pictures just remind me how much i like the CF. A great inexpensive mod IMO, so want to thank you again Andy for your assistance on that!

First it starts with car parts. Before you know it, he will start CF wrapping his tools, then household appliances. :balanced:

Thanks for the replies all. Regarding the CF wrap.....not sure I'm in for that just yet, with a dark/black interior I actually quite like the aluminium (yes, originally from across the pond).

As far as other mods are concerned, I forgot to add the UniChip..... :wink (2):

I wish my "non mod" car would be lowered, have spacers, better audio, and unichip...then again i just wish I could afford two cars

Hey thanks for the tip Steve! I'm definitely gonna tackle it over the nxt couple of days. Maybe attempt to tint the rear reflectors too while I'm back there haha

Cool. Seriously the hair dryer is the key to debadging. Heat things up for a minute or so and you can start moving the letters around. Hit it with some 3M tape remover spray and they'll peel right off.

Let us know how the tinting goes if you get that far!

Hi blueduck1105.....yah, I worked out a deal with Chris (quishymedic) for his OEM Bose unit. It takes the pressure off getting something right away. Down the road I think the Wicked C.A.S. enclosure is where I'm headed, but probably with replacement of all the other speakers and amps at the same time.

The Z was supposed to be this summer, but (depending on stocks) it's off for a year or so. Sadly the FX will end up being the winter car....or what I use when the Z is out of commission for wrenching....
