Front bumper protection

I just took delivery of my FX35 Limited Edition last night. I have ordered a Go Rhino Hitch Step to protect the rear bumper. Does anybody have any ideas or experience with front bumper protection that does not destroy the look of the front end? In New York City garages you do not get a parking spot, they just line the cars up six or seven deep, bumper to bumper, right next to each other. Inevitably they scratch the bumper or puncture it with the license plate bolts of another car. Any suggestion will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Scott

PS Sorry I can't put the Go Rhino product page link in the message. This is only my 9th post, so it was rejected.

In my opinion, all bars/protectors ruin the look of the FX. However, you can get one of those bull bars for the front end..

I agree they ruin the look, so bull bars are out of the question. The nice thing about a tow hitch step on the rear, is that at any time you can pull it out of the hitch receiver and you have a clean look. The Go Rhino Hitch Step is powder coated matte black, so I hope it will blend in with the graphite trim below the Iridium Blue paint. I just haven't seen anything unobtrusive for the front.

Thats a good idea for the back bumper protection scottej

I'm glad you are nixing the bull bar for the front, IMHO they really uglify the FX, unless you are going for the off-road look.
