I'm not sure what you mean by flip the plate around. more pic on the link in first post. USPS Quote around $25-30 I will check with fedex if I can get better rate with discount

you blurred out the licence plate to hide the plate which means you tampered with the outcome of the lighting. to show a true light output of your awesome design, it would be nice to see the true output say stick a piece of white paper to hide the plates numbers? just a suggestion
