Where do you put your cell?

I don't have an aftermarket holder, nor do I want one.

When I'm alone, I just put the cell on the passenger seat. When I'm with a passenger, I put the phone in the cupholder. If the cupholder is occupied, it goes in the door pocket.

Where do you place yours?

I put mine in the compartment next to the 12V outlet on my 2nd gen FX. Not sure if the 1st gen has the same compartment or not.

I put mine on the cassette cover with it down....
Only for the 1st gen 03-05... lol

Generally, I keep it snuggly between my legs.
If charging, its across my thigh on a 12" or 18" cord from the center console. (I don't like excess cable)
On a longer drive, it might be in the flip down cassette door.
When doing navigation on the cell (because it's quicker than the dash nav) it wedges PERFECTLY between the bottom of the opened ash tray and the bottom of the closed cassette door, (HTC EVO).

Where ever I put it, it somehow always ends up between the seat and the center console on the floor. My right hand has scars trying to fish that damn thing out.

I put mine right in my bosom. Wait, no I don't. I leave mine in my pocket or on top of the cup holder. Last time I had my phone on my lap, I forgot it was there and got out of the car and my iPhone's screen shattered.

I'm surprised at the responses because I leave mine in my pocket all the time....it never comes out...just like my keys never come out.

Because I can use the phone from my steering wheel or voice, as well as, all my music from my iPod classic already in the car.

Man this must be nice,lol..Mine stays in my pocket or if its running low i'll put it on the charger from the center console and rum it to the cup holder.
