The mystery of moving driver's seat

I forgot to update but i got this problem fixed about 3 weeks ago. They replaced the whole rail assy. All is solid now.

I had mine checked as they also move and they said it was normal for it to move that much. Bullshit. What do you guys recommend? Different dealer?

Just sent an email to HQ I hope they can fix this. I'm pretty aggravated after spending $40,000 on my FX50.

I have this issue intermittently on my 07 M35. There was a big write up about it on the M forums at Nicoclub a few years back. Happens a lot on them. The dealers know it's an issue, but there is technically no recall so they play dumb. They are mostly all full of shit. My local dealer is less than two miles from Nissan North America HQ and they are awful. I haven't noticed it on my FX though.

It's really irking me for two reasons:

1] I paid $40,000 for my FX50, it shouldn't have a problem like the aforementioned moving seat.
2] My 2006 BMW X5 with over 80,000 miles on it didn't have moving seats whatsoever.

If I could fix it myself I would. The dealer playing dumb is bullshit. It really really really pisses me off.
