No off the shelf sub $5000 scan tool will get you that. Hell i dont think the Nissan Consult can get you that. ECU are coded and can be reprogrammed to say whatever they want it to say. But there is no trace of what your REAL mileage is. When something like your cluster goes bad they get a brand new one with 0 miles on it and they program +/- ball park of your actual mileage.
A scanner is only as good as the person reading the information. Newer cars like your 2011 will show more PIDS vs older cars like my 2005. To get a simple CEL Pxxxx code any $20 reader can get you that. The more $$$ you spend it will more info you get but its not exactly common sense, if you have o2 sensor fault, you look at the voltage from that sensor and its at a .2-.3 V do you know what that means? Look at your short term fuel trims and it shows 11.2
Scangauge, those android BT ebay scanner for $20. They are very user friendly and will get what most people need, which is reading and clearing faults and see what your AFR is. I would say they are neat little things to have but you might find it lacking in some areas.
