brake rust on your paint? Can you see it? I'm not following.

Sounds like iron particles in your clear coat. What color is your FX? As long as there is still clear you are not going to hurt anything. Keep the clay bar lubed and work it pretty well.

Had a feeling it was white. Hopefully it's not stained in. Can you tell if it's still coming out?

if i clay it for a long time it will come out. but its in several parts of the cardoyou have an email i can emailyou and you can post picsfor me haha?

pearl white i cant post pics yet cuz im not a long term member haha

Of course with Pearl white, lol. I highly suspect its brake rust/dust that you see on your paint. It looks like tiny little rust all over the body or one area? I have a pearl white Sienna, and I see those tiny specs of brown/copper color specs. I'm pretty sure they're just oxidation. I use a product called TFP Polymer for over 20 years (I start to show my age here, lol) and it clean those rust looking specs off with a little rubbing.

Rail Dust sux, rubbing compound might be another option. Meguires also makes a heavy duty claybar for more stubborn situations, good luck.

tfp polymers

Can i buy that at Autozone or local store?

keep at it with lots of lube....once you clay it completely the first time, the next time even a year later will be much much faster.

Just to give you an idea, mine is a 2009 and some spots took 10 good minutes to get out, but EVERYTHING got out, just took several hours. If I do it again, obviously it's going to be much much quicker. I can't imagine your 2004. It's a lot of work...there is no easy way to do it...I suggest splitting up the claying process into a few days so you don't get discouraged....you can and should be able to get everything out.

Clay Magic isn't necessarily the original, they just bought the patent to all the US clays. That's why Riccardo's isn't available here. Basically all clays in the US should be the same and come from Clay Magic.

You may have to give up w/clay bars and get a little more aggresive...

Try wetsanding w/1500-2000 grit paper and buff with a machine. If your uncomfortable with this method, you can always bring the FX to your local body shop or
detailing shop. If you decide to try it, do not sand through the clearcoat or you will tnd up getting that panel repainted.

Good luck!
